At PowerCore we strive to give all our clients an enjoyable experience in doing business with us, as well as peace of mind. Whether it be a home owner, to whom we provide electrical services at their residential premises, or a large corporate client to which we provide services at their business premises, we aim to deliver the highest level of quality service. In order for us to achieve such quality service, and to deliver complete peace of mind to our clients, we have 3 points of assurances in place.

Quality Control

We appreciate and respect the trust our clients have in us with their most valuable assets. Therefore we have developed a Quality Control Process, to ensure both professional service and high quality workmanship in every job that we take on. None of our work is performed without following our Quality Control Process. 

Warranties

In the unforeseen event of us failing to deliver the high standards of workmanship we aim to, and also to keep us on our toes, we offer both a 12-Month Workmanship Warranty and up to a $10,000 (NZ dollar) Master Electrician’s guarantee on every job that we complete. 

Insurances

To offer complete peace of mind to our clients, we ensure that we have a minimum of $10,000,000 (NZ dollar) Public Liability Insurance in place to protect our clients from accidental damages to their assets, should such damages ever occur as a result of our work.
