Ramy Fatoohi is the Director of Powercore Electrical and a strategic leader with extensive experience in electrical construction, specialising in Electrical for Mechanical (E4M), controls, and integrated building systems.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Ramy has built Powercore Electrical into a specialist contractor focused on delivering coordinated electrical and control system solutions across commercial and infrastructure projects.

Ramy’s approach combines technical expertise with strong commercial leadership. He is deeply involved in system design, project delivery, and coordination across mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines — ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and ready for performance.

As Managing Director, Ramy leads both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations of the business, overseeing project execution while driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team performance.

He is known for his focus on quality, clear communication, and delivering outcomes that reduce risk for clients and support successful project delivery.

Kissmat B

Kissmat Banuna is the Office Manager at Powercore Electrical, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring projects run smoothly from an administrative and coordination perspective.

Kissmat plays a key role in managing project documentation, procurement coordination, scheduling, and communication across clients, suppliers, and the delivery team. Her work ensures that systems, resources, and information are aligned to support efficient project execution.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership, Kissmat helps maintain strong organisation across all stages of delivery — from initial enquiries through to project completion and handover.

Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Kissmat is an integral part of the Powercore team, enabling consistent, well-coordinated delivery across all projects.

Pratheep M

Pratheep is a Quantity Surveyor with over 18 years of experience in commercial construction, supporting building and infrastructure projects with a strong focus on cost control, contract administration, and commercial performance.

Pratheep brings extensive experience across all aspects of project commercial management, including cost forecasting, budgeting, procurement, subcontract management, and variation management. He has a strong working knowledge of NZS 3910 contract principles and applies these effectively to support project delivery and manage commercial risk.

At Powercore Electrical, Pratheep plays a key role in supporting pricing, cost management, and financial control across projects. He works closely with delivery teams to ensure accurate costing, effective procurement, and consistent commercial oversight from tender stage through to project completion.

With a background spanning both building and infrastructure projects, Pratheep contributes to delivering commercially sound, well-managed outcomes that support successful project delivery.

Dilshan D

Dilshan is an Electrical and BMS Systems Engineer at Powercore Electrical, specialising in the design, installation, and integration of control systems for mechanical services.

Dilshan plays a key role in delivering Electrical for Mechanical (E4M) and Building Management System (BMS) solutions across commercial projects. His work involves coordinating electrical and control system interfaces, ensuring systems are installed in line with design intent and fully integrated for reliable performance.

With strong technical capability and hands-on project experience, Dilshan supports all stages of delivery — from system coordination and installation through to testing and commissioning. He works closely with mechanical contractors, controls providers, and project teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and as intended.
